Each job or project will be analyzed as to the cost of the materials. If possible, the customer will be given an estimate of the materials cost prior to the job. Costs can vary depending on various factors. For instance, business card costs are normally calculated based on a basic card stock. However, should the customer require a more expensive stock, that cost will be reflected in the cost of the job and passed along to the customer.
Materials cost may involve charges for: copy paper, ink, card stock, envelopes, labels, forms, stamps, computer discs, long-distance charges, special orders, etc.
